I called on a Monday for non-emergency service of installing shutoffs and new faucets in two bathrooms along with replacing a bathtub drain. Mark gave me a rough estimate which I accepted, and we set an appointment for Wednesday at 8:00 am. Dan arrived promptly, did the work asked for and even a couple of minor extra things. The cost was just as Mark estimated. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely will contact them with any future plumbing needs.

Able to schedule appt within very reasonable timeframe. Dan was on time. He listened, carefully evaluated, answered all our questions patiently & explained things clearly. We were very impressed and will certainly use Sustman for any future needs.

Mark came out right away over the lunch hour and got a nasty sewage issue taken care of promptly. He was very professional and courteous, and provided great explanation. 10/10 will be calling Sustman for all of my plumbing needs from now on.

Called Mark for same day installation, as our water heater had failed overnight. He said that he could do the job this morning. Although this was our first call for service, Mark quoted a price over the phone that sounded very reasonable. When we inquired about installing A. O. Smith water heater at 50 gallons; Mark said he could do the job. He was quick, accurate, friendly, good price and had the job finished before lunchtime. I would recommend anyone who needs plumbing services of any kind to give Mark a call.

I called and spoke to Mark who gave me a quote for replacing my water heater. He was extremely pleasant and responsive to my questions. I called back the same day to schedule an installation and the appointment was made for the next day! Dan arrived within the scheduled time. He was extremely professional and efficient in replacing the water heater. He explained how to drain it yearly and answered several other water-related questions I had without hesitation!! I am very grateful I chose to go with Sustman Services LLC and will use them in the future! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Answers his own phone! Made appointment for house call for 1st thing the next morning (not emergency). Fixed our toilet issue and then our tub drain issue we asked him about after he was done. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, reasonable prices, has tons of parts and supplies in his truck, cleaned up the area, followed up job with a quick inspection. Our old plumber retired, we have found our new guy!

Mark did a phenomenal job! He was in out in less than 15 mins with fixing a pipe leakage. Mark has great energy, he's personable and I enjoyed getting to know him through our brief conversation. I called the number of this plumbing company because they were rated extremely high when I googled best plumbers in Green Bay Wisconsin. The owner of the company spoke with me directly!! He was extremely professional and friendly and knowledgeable and offered to help me with not much notice at all!! He even gave me his personal number to contact him!! I highly recommend this company to absolutely anyone needing plumbing services. CALL this company FOR SURE!! You will get excellent and timely service!! I did contact the other company on Google that had more positive responses and got someone on the phone with absolutely no knowledge of what I needed. I knew more than that other awful company!! ALWAYS use Sustman plumbing services and you will be exceedingly GLAD that you did!!! You will work directly with the owner himself and not someone who has no knowledge of plumbing. Example ie. - a secretary who has to ask someone else and then you don’t even get an intelligent plumbing response. Mr. Sustman handles everything personally himself. And Mr. Sustman is willing to fit you into his already busy schedule. Extremely impressive!!

Called for service on a Monday morning and was able to get an appointment for early Wednesday after giving the city a day to confirm shutting off service to my house. Mark came out and did everything replacing my meter and shutoff valve faster and cheaper than I was anticipating. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again if I had any issues.

Spoke with Mark over the phone he sounded very friendly and professional and he was able to schedule us the next day to fix our issues! Later met with Dan in my home and shortly noticed how friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable he was. I had an appointment the next business day (I called in the afternoon). I didn’t have to wait on a 3 hour window, I received a definite time. Dan was great, he knew what the problem was, called to see if a part was available & came back & fixed the problem in 15 minutes. He explained what the problem was & what he would do. I will definitely call Sustman’s again.
